Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, a return may, or may not be accepted along with a 15% restocking fee.

Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging.  If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging.  In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

For domestic returns, please visit our returns portal at wildwestbootstore.com/returns  if you would like to purchase a prepaid return label for $10.

A $10 fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned.

To find the nearest drop-off location for your prepaid return label, please check the carrier information provided on your label, as shipping rates may vary depending on the carrier used.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

While you can choose any shipping carrier you prefer, please consider including adequate insurance in the event that the package is lost or damaged. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
