Returns terms and conditions:
  • Returns for a full refund are accepted for up to 60 days from the time that you receive your order.  After 60 days, a 15% restocking fee is applied to refunds.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but we will waive this fee if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
  • Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging.  If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging.  In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.
